SEAFARER HEALTH PASSPORT

A secure platform allows the seafarer to track his/her own health parameters while providing awareness/surveys and tips on staying physically and mentally fit. The seafarer health passport also serves as the electronic medical record that integrates the pre employment medical reports, doctor port visits and other medical reports. The clinical data can be shared securely to those authorized to view medical data of the candidate which is crucial during the golden hour

EASY CIRM

Is an intelligent system developed so as to record and transmit vital information of the seafarer directly to Tele-medical station when required. The system guides the officer to make a more detailed medical request, reducing key time in getting an informed reply from the medical center. The system also gives the officer a quick view on what can be done till the medical center replies. This can save critical time and be critical in the recovery of the seafarer.

MERGE

An integrated healthcare platform that collaobrates the efforts of all stake holders. The information is processed, analyzed and presented effectively using technology to Simplify, Autoamate and Organize all the healthcare activities that will advance the quality of care. The System gives an overview to the Ship Owner / Manager on their fleet’s health and important statistics regarding the same. Through this platform Owners and Managers can manage the Pre-Employment Medicals, On-Board Medical Events, Sickbay Inventory and Compliance Management.

PEME DOCTORS

Piattaforma Informativa del Laboratorio Clinico (PILC) is a simple and effective module for clinics and doctors conducting the Pre-Employment Medicas (PEME) of seafarers. The Platform can serve as a stand alone system for doctors who can avail of the intelligent features guiding that simplifies and automates the medicals and medical reporting of seafarers. The system can also be used for general patients. The added benefit of PILC is its ability to easily sync with the Owner / Management platform MERGE to provide their clients real-time updates and synchronization of essential documents.

P&I CLUBS

A Proactive approach to healthcare is far more effective than a Reactive approach. Therefore at Telepharmatec we are focused on ensuring the data we collect is processed in a manner to give meaningful trends which can shape the policies ahead. One such way we ensure that is by trying to be connected with the P&I Clubs and make them aware of the service we provide while sharing vital findings from the same. MERGE-PI is a dedicated application for P&I Clubs to manage all their medical management from Pre-Employment to care onboard.

TELEMEDICINE

Tele Medical Assistance Centers (TMAS) are constantly loaded with medical assistance messages from vessels of various flagstates and matters relating to crew of many nationalities. These messages recieved as emails mostly, with several people in copy leave the data exposed to vulnerabilities. Our TMAS system integrates and secures the transfer of information while adding several cool features to streamline and make efficient the job of the doctor on call. From a full repository of Flag State medicines to detailed information regarding the vessel and insights on the seafarer all these make it easier for the doctor to give a more informed reply.
